Is Reborn a primary care or urgent care clinic?
No. We specialize in personalized, preventative, and optimization-focused care. We do not replace a primary care provider and do not offer urgent or emergency services. Our role is to complement traditional care — not replicate it.

Do you offer hormone therapy?

Do I have to commit to a long-term program?
